She has been advising her Polish and international clients in the field of commercial law – both as a part of Banking & Finance departments in international law firms and in individual practice (Mamczur.com).

Experienced international NGO leader in global organization of 150 000 members in over 100 countries, accredited with the United Nations (with advisory status to UN), including positions of JCI National President for Poland, JCI  European Development Council and a global committee.

Strong supporter of implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) in business such as paperless, digital and eco-friendly solutions (ESG, CSR) and through active citizenship.

Initiator of charity educational program in foreign languages by international volunteers for financially disadvantaged children (incl. autism spectrum). Passionate for supporting people in their personal growth and developing their business ideas for a local and global impact. Strong believer in life-long learning. Developed her own methodology for running workshops called Business Mastermind. FIZEN.com is registered with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (FSA), for which Joanna has provided entire legal support – from setting out business model and strategy, budget estimates, successful regulatory application process for AISP status (account information service provider) with the Polish FSA under the PSD2 EU Directive, fundraising, business development (international network, legal argumentation for sales negotiations, regular/ daily call re. sales, partnerships and fund raising for over 2 years, coordination with Revenue Team), coordination with Tech Team – Product Owner and software developers, system architects, participation in creating the infrastructure overview; internal policies, incl. personal data protection;

M&A, corporate structuring, capital increase process and communication with investors, notaries and tax advisors, due diligence, investment & financing agreements, commercial contract negotiations, coordination of international trademark registration, representation in acceleration program of MIT CEE Forum, Web Summit Alpha Startups in Lisbon with the City of Łódź, several FinTech and Banking Conferences;
